Pneumatic piston transfer pumps move low to medium viscosity fluids from one location to another.
The pneumatic motor generates the reciprocating movement of the pump piston, producing the suction of the product and pushing it towards the outlet.
Two ball valves, located on the piston at the pump inlet, control the fluid inlet and outlet. The pumps are double-effect, supplying fluid in both the upward and downward movement of the piston. Manufactured in stainless steel or carbon steel, they have a divorced design with the air motor separated from the pump, thus avoiding damage to the motor due to possible fluid leaks.
